🎯 Turnaround Times

• Standard delivery depends on your package (1–6 business days)

• Rush editing available for an additional fee

• Delivery time starts after I receive all your footage and notes

• If I need anything else from you (like files or clarification), the clock pauses until I get it

• Includes 1 round of revisions

• Extra revision rounds: $10 each

• Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery

💰 Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required upfront to lock in your spot

• If you cancel before editing begins, you may be eligible for a refund

• If you cancel after editing has started, no refunds will be issued

• No refunds after delivery

• All prices are final — no adjustments or partial refunds

📁 File Delivery

• Final files delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox

• All videos exported in 1080p (4K available upon request)

• Thumbnails (if included) delivered as .png
