Q: How am I supposed to apply lipstick on dry lips?
A: If your lips are chapped, it is key to prepare them for lipstick. To maintain a smooth, hydrated canvas, keep a lip mask and lip scrub (such as the MRT Cosmetics Vanilla Lip Scrub and Hydrating Lip Mask) in your arsenal.
